Representative Choice Finishes projects in London. These projects were not carried out in Berkshire.

Lancaster Gate, Bayswater, London — 4,000m² of lime plastering, complete external render and structural waterproofing and screeding to 13 basement vaults. The render and vault work are documented in the case study; no verified render or vault photograph is shown here.
Maison Estelle, Mayfair, London — bespoke polished plaster finishes.
The Ivy Market Grill, Covent Garden, London — Marmorino polished plaster with a smokey distemper wash.
Windsor and Eton. The streets around the castle are lined with Georgian and Victorian town houses, cottages and listed commercial buildings, much of it within conservation areas. Typical work includes lime plastering and lime render repairs, lath and lime ceilings, and matched cornice and ceiling rose restoration — specified so that new work is compatible with the original walls.
Ascot and Sunningdale. These areas are known for large Edwardian, interwar and contemporary houses set in generous plots, many substantially rebuilt or extended. Projects here often bring together polished plaster for reception rooms and stairwells, Tadelakt or microcement for bathrooms and spa areas, fibrous cornices for classically detailed interiors, and waterproofing for new basements.
Reading. Reading's Victorian and Edwardian terraces and villas, along with its older streets, suit traditional plastering, re-skimming and repairs to original cornices and roses, plus lime work in older and listed properties. [confirm: whether you take on Reading-area work of all sizes or larger projects only.]
The Thames villages near Henley. On the Berkshire side of the river, villages such as Remenham, Wargrave and Sonning have listed cottages, Georgian houses and substantial riverside homes. Riverside sites can have high groundwater, so any below-ground room or cellar conversion starts with a proper survey before we specify a tanking or cavity drain system.
